To reduce unnecessary waste and keep our prices fair, many of our products are shipped from our global fulfillment centers which specialize in handling premium, high-quality apparel. This allows us to offer carefully crafted, comfortable clothing with exceptional delivery speed.

1. Order Processing & Shipping Fee

Every order undergoes a rigorous quality control review to ensure it meets our quality standards before being dispatched.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping Fee: FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $55.81.
    For orders under $55.81, a flat rate of $5.99 applies worldwide.

Please Note:

During peak seasons (holidays, promotional events), processing time may take up to 5 business days.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Because our products ship from global partner facilities, delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Tracking Updates:

Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update after the shipping label is created. If tracking does not show immediate movement, rest assured — your order is on its way.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

This means:

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Fluffern is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
  • Customs charges are uncommon for most apparel products but may vary by country.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

We work quickly to prepare and ship your order.

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us at:

within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once processing has begun, we are unable to modify or cancel the shipment.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Your satisfaction is our priority.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please email us clear photos within 72 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange a free replacement as soon as possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Fluffern is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after the tracking status shows “Delivered.”

If your tracking indicates delivery but you cannot locate the package, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members.
  2. Contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim.

We will gladly provide all necessary tracking information to assist with your claim, but we cannot issue refunds for orders marked as successfully delivered to the address provided.
